Cancellation & Refunds

New TypeDock Pro subscribers get a 7-day free trial on both the monthly and the annual plan. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. If you don’t cancel, the trial converts to a paid subscription and your payment method is charged for the first period.

You can cancel any time and keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Cancelling stops the next renewal — it doesn’t, by itself, issue a refund (see below).

• iPhone & iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → TypeDock → Cancel. (Or open the App and tap Manage Subscription.)
• Mac: open TypeDock → Settings → TypeDock Pro → Manage Subscription, which opens the Paddle customer portal. You can also use the “Manage your subscription” link in the receipt email Paddle sent you.

Mac purchases are sold by Paddle, our merchant of record. If TypeDock Pro isn’t right for you, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we’ll arrange a full refund through Paddle — no hard feelings. If you were charged for a renewal you didn’t intend to keep, tell us and we’ll do our best to sort it out. To request a refund, email support@typedock.app (from the address on your receipt, if you can), or reply to your Paddle receipt.

App Store purchases are billed by Apple, and Apple handles those refunds directly — we can’t issue them for you. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Settings → your name → Media & Purchases → Purchase History. We’re still happy to help you figure it out — just write to us.

If you’re a consumer in the EU, the UK, or another region with a statutory right of withdrawal, that right applies to your purchase. For digital subscriptions that begin immediately, that right can end once the service has started being provided with your consent — but our 14-day policy above is offered regardless, and nothing here limits the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country.
