  • 1.15.0
    • Bring your snippets with you: import from TextExpander, Raycast, and Alfred. Fill-ins, dates, and clipboard placeholders come across, and anything that doesn’t is listed before you import.
    • Search inside your screenshots: search finds a picture by the words in it, read on your device.
    • Secrets stay out of your history: API keys, tokens, private keys, and card numbers you copy aren’t saved or synced — you can still paste them.
    • Time saved this week, in the Mac menu bar, in Settings, and in a new iPhone widget.
    • Snippets inside snippets: {@snippet|keyword@} now expands another snippet in place.
    • The Pro screen says why it opened, Settings has a cleaner look, and copied code is colored in TypeDock’s own theme.

    • Picking a clip or snippet no longer redraws the whole window on the Mac — only the row you left, the row you picked, and the details beside them change.

    • A new look: TypeDock reads like a well-themed code editor — one warm orange for what you act on, every kind of thing in its own color on its icon, and sites, times, and sizes in a monospaced font.
    • Selection you can read through: the selected row is a soft highlight with its text unchanged, like the current line in an editor.
    • On iPhone, your clips come first — Pinned, Pinboards, and Tags are in the menu at the top.
    • A new app icon: a stack of cards in warm orange with an editor’s “T” and caret.
    • Board on the Mac is an editor pane, with its header and note field floating over it as glass.

    • Board everywhere: a Home Screen and Lock Screen widget with checkboxes, a Control Center control, Siri and Shortcuts, and Add to Board in the share sheet.
    • Ask This Board answers from your items, and untitled links and screenshots get a suggested title — with Apple Intelligence, on your device.
    • Tick something on your iPhone and your other devices show it within seconds.
    • An item’s kind reads the same everywhere, and Increase Contrast now strengthens TypeDock’s own colors along with the system’s.

    • Every Board item has a done circle, and finished items gather in a Done group.
    • Pin an item to the top, give it a due date every device reminds you about, snooze it, add a note, or drag items into your own order.
    • Queue mode feeds items one at a time to your next prompt.
    • Ticks stay ticked: a device that hadn’t caught up can no longer quietly un-tick something.

    • Meet Board, a companion for what you’re working on: tap Left Shift twice to capture the selection from any app, Right Shift twice to show it, and copy it all back as a list.
    • Hold ⌘ and tap Right Shift twice for a quick sketch that lands on Board as an image.
    • Screenshots on Board get their text recognized, and Tidy, Summarize, Turn into a Prompt, and Translate run on your device.
    • Board is a tab on iPhone and its own window on iPad.
    • typedock board add and typedock board next give your AI agents an inbox.

    • Paste Stack: queue clips and snippets, then paste them in order — from the dock, the menu bar, the keyboard, or the CLI.
    • Trash with Undo: deletes act at once and can be undone; trashed items wait 30 days.
    • A smarter widget: choose Favorites, a group, or a pinboard, and put it on your Lock Screen.
    • Sync Now and Sync Diagnostics show exactly what iCloud is doing, and what hasn’t synced yet.
    • Images paste as images, and Check for Updates is in the Mac menu bar.
    • Faster search and Quick Paste, and TypeDock stays responsive while iCloud syncs.

    • Paste Stack from the terminal — typedock clip paste with several refs pastes a queue, in order, into the app you were in.
    • Semantic search now covers snippets as well as clips — in the app, and with typedock snippet search --semantic.
    • Migrate from espanso: typedock data import --format espanso converts a YAML matches file (dry-run first).
    • Expansions keep your clipboard intact — images, files, and rich text now survive a snippet expansion.
    • ⌘Z undo only ever acts in the app you expanded into — switch apps and it’s that app’s own undo again.
    • One search matcher across the app, the menu bar, and the CLI — multi-token, diacritic-folding everywhere.
    • The iOS widget now ships its privacy manifest.
